Policies
All cabins are furnished with TV, wifi, air conditioning, furnace, gas range, refrigerator, dishes and small appliances. Each cabin has a Weber grill, picnic table and fire ring. Bed linens are provided. Please bring towels.
There is a 3 night stay minimum.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Garrison’s Resort has always been happy to provide cable television as part of your stay.
Effective January 1, 2026 Paul Bunyan Communications (PBC) no longer offered cable services to remote resort locations.
After an extensive search, we were unable to find another cable or satellite provider.
To further complicate this matter, streaming services do not offer business accounts and limit the number of accounts per household to three.
Fortunately, we continue to have the highest speed internet offered by PBC and we have equipped each television to act as a smart tv. This means while at Garrison's Resort you can log into your personal streaming services and continue to watch your favorite
programs.
Check in procedures have been updated. We ask that you stop in the lodge to check in and meet Cory before going to your cabin. While you are onsite, Cory will assist you, his phone is 218-368-6577. Check-in time is 3pm no exceptions. This allows us to provide the highest customer service. Check-out time is 9am no exceptions.
We are a pet friendly resort. We ask that you notify us in advance if you are bringing your pet. You are responsible for controlling and cleaning up after your pet. There is an additional charge of $10/night or $50/week. We ask that you have them up-to-date on their shots.
All cabins are non-smoking.
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to reservation or a $250 charge will apply.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and personal checks.
The rental price does not include a separate cleaning fee of $100 for Cabins 0-6 and $200 for the Reunion Cabin.
Effective 1/1/2026 no coupons will be accepted.
Guests leaving early will be charged for the duration of their booked stay.
Wood Policy
Wood will be available as long as there are no burn restrictions for our area.
The first half rack of wood is provided to customers without additional cost. Each additional half rack is $10 plus tax.
